The Patient Solution Leader is responsible for developing strategies and managing teams for overall patient solutions, including disease education, innovative payment solutions, access and safety operations, and academic platform building for pre- and post-launch products.
This role involves integrating cross-departmental resources using agile working methods, providing support and coaching to the PSM team, and improving team effectiveness and collaboration to benefit external customers, patients, and partner organizations.
The position requires data organization and analysis to identify business opportunities and risks, collaborating with regional ecosystem leaders to develop localized integrated strategies, and managing team priorities to support key tasks.
