Job Summary

  • The Director of Quality Control is responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving the brand’s end-to-end quality program, from raw materials through finished goods.
  • This role owns quality standards across all vendors and regions, ensures consistent execution at scale, and partners closely with Production, Purchasing, R&D, Product Development and Merchandising to prevent issues before they reach customers.
