The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments to ensure comprehensive care and participation in ongoing training and quality assurance activities.
