Job Summary
Provide proactive, best-practice psychological and psychosocial support to Branch Managers operating in high-risk branch environments.
Play a critical role in protecting wellbeing, intervening early to mitigate harm, and strengthening organisational capability in psychosocial risk management.
Partner closely with Branch Managers, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), CSN leaders and other key stakeholders, operating with a high degree of autonomy.
