Job Summary
The Operational Support Analyst is responsible for assisting with the daily review and resolution of duplicate records, review tickets, help with research, verify documentation, and assist with campus-focused reports for duplicate record resolution.
This position will also support operational and hygiene tasks such as customer changes, org studio, unassigned tasks, and other duties as assigned.
This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours of work per week, not exceeding 1500 hours per fiscal year.
