Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Diploma or degree in engineering
Five years experience in office environment
Facilities system operations experience
MEP installations knowledge
Building Management Systems (BMS) management
CMMS workflow proficiency
Nice-to-have
Strong background in engineering troubleshooting
Experience in electrical and safety HSE programs
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly
Passion for continuous improvement
Collaborative team player mindset
Key Requirements
