Job Summary

  • Supervise and manage procurement team and procurement activities in compliance with Saudi local market and other Client’s Projects requirements and company policies, ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing process of goods and services while supporting Saudization objectives and organizational goals.
  • Ensure daily procurement activities, including Material / Purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders are carried out to meet project timelines and good communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support Saudization initiatives by prioritizing local suppliers and workforce development and identify procurement process gaps and implement lessons learned and improvements for efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Saudi nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement
  • Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC sectors
  • Experience supporting procurement during Engineering/Design Phases
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
