Job Summary
Lead strategy and operations for the global legal entity management function, including formation, maintenance, restructuring, consolidation, and dissolution of domestic and international entities.
Act as lead or co-lead legal advisor on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, from structuring through post-closing integration.
Function as a trusted advisor to the Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate Transactions and senior leadership on transaction strategy, entity governance, and enterprise-level structural risk.
