Plan, execute turnaround electrical activities and site infrastructure electrical projects safely, efficiently, in accordance with applicable premises, turnaround work processes, and local standards.
Support all aspects of turnaround phases from strategic planning, preparation and execution which includes shutdown, maintenance & project execution, commissioning & startup, lookbacks, closure for learning and future planning.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical turnaround planning
Electrical maintenance troubleshooting
Coordination with contractors and vendors
Schedule progress updates
Quality assurance in electrical works
Interpretation of electrical diagrams
Nice-to-have
Stakeholder engagement on high-risk activities
Use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Logistic and temporary power supply implementation
Participation in lessons learned processes
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation
1-2 years experience in maintenance planning or scheduling
Ability to read Single Line Diagrams and schematic drawings
