Must-have
4-8 years post-qualifying legal experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Complex commercial transaction experience
Lead legal negotiations for IT deals
Manage escalation of legal risks
Nice-to-have
Experience in Gen/Agentic AI transactions
Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement
Previous law firm or IT vendor experience
SaaS or cloud transaction background
Ability to train and guide legal team members
Key Requirements
Minimum 4-8 years post-qualifying experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Experience in complex commercial transactions
Understanding of Singapore Government procurement desirable
