You will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing FNZ’s operational risk strategy across its European operations.
Lead the management of FNZ’s Risk Event process, serve as the primary escalation point for operational risk matters across FNZ EU DAC clients, and oversee the delivery of high-quality risk intelligence and assurance reporting.
Develop the Operational Risk & Assurance Team Managers and Senior Analysts through regular 1‑2‑1s, feedback and coaching.
