PCCW-HKT DataCom Services Ltd is seeking a Credit Control Officer to manage credit and debt collection processes in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in a relevant field, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese, with a proactive and analytical mindset

Job Summary

  • Perform credit management and debt collection actions, including debt recovery on corporate customers and dunning for consumer segments.
  • Liaise with internal parties to resolve disputes and outstanding accounts, monitor customer payment behaviour, and perform credit assessment.
  • Prepare credit risk analysis and MIS reports for management, and handle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignments.
