Job Summary

  • This leadership role offers the opportunity to influence both the professional growth of emerging mental health clinicians and the overall well‑being of ISU students.
  • As the Assistant Director of Training, you will collaborate closely with the SCS Director and leadership team to ensure that training programs for doctoral practicum students, graduate assistants, and master’s‑level interns are comprehensive, effective, and grounded in best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience
  • Licensed to provide clinical services
  • Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
  • APA Accredited internship completion
  • Three or more years of post-licensure experience
  • Experience providing clinical supervision
  • Experience collaborating on training initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership or clinical supervisor experience
