The HR Business Partner team acts as consultants, drivers, and sparring partners for the business units to establish the best possible framework for people and organizations.
You will advise executives and employees on strategic and operational HR topics, and act as an internal sparring partner on individual, social, tariff, and collective law issues.
You will identify HR action areas, develop and advise on Compensation & Benefits, conduct salary benchmarks and market analyses, and initiate and accompany HR measures.
