  • The HR Business Partner team acts as consultants, drivers, and sparring partners for the business units to establish the best possible framework for people and organizations.
  • You will advise executives and employees on strategic and operational HR topics, and act as an internal sparring partner on individual, social, tariff, and collective law issues.
  • You will identify HR action areas, develop and advise on Compensation & Benefits, conduct salary benchmarks and market analyses, and initiate and accompany HR measures.
