Must-have
12+ years management consulting or real estate experience
5+ years managerial and leadership experience
Proven P&L management and team growth capability
Led major capital projects of $10M+ from inception to completion
Solid understanding of contract types and administration
Nice-to-have
Experience with Integrated Project Delivery methodology
Knowledge of MS Project or other scheduling software
Positive energy and excellent communication skills
Ability to travel within Canada and the US
Key Requirements
12+ years experience in Management Consulting, Real Estate Project Management, Development, Engineering, or Architecture
5+ years of managerial and leadership experience
Industry qualification designation such as PMP, LEED, or WELL
Led major capital projects of $10M+ without supervision
University Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
