Labcorp is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist for a hybrid role in Burlington or Durham, NC, who will focus on operational readiness assessments, process improvement, and integration for newly acquired organizations. The ideal candidate should have a background in process improvement and operational excellence, with strong communication and facilitation skills

Job Summary

  • The Process Excellence Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring each team is successfully transitioned into the CCC environment with minimal disruption, maximum efficiency, and full alignment to our standardized processes, technologies, and performance expectations.
  • The position leads operational readiness assessments for acquired organizations, develops integration playbooks, and coordinates Day 1 and stabilization plans to ensure continuity of service.

  • Experience with contact center workflows
  • Familiarity with M&A integration models
