Employees must ensure the confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdowns or other health issues.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate with inter-departmental nursing personnel
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training on specific care tasks and equipment usage
