Must-have
1-3 years flight testing experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Test card development and safety reviews
Hands-on test instrumentation experience
FAA Part 107 certification or ability to obtain

Linux-based operating systems familiarity
Ardupilot firmware knowledge
DoD program experience
Test Pilot School training
GitHub and command line proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
1-3 years of flight testing or aviation systems development
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Current or ability to obtain FAA 14 CFR Part 107 certification
