  • The selected candidate will work on developing environmentally sustainable re-entry and recovery architectures for future reusable launch systems.
  • A fully funded 36‑month PhD position under Horizon Europe MSCA.

  • programming experience in Python, MATLAB, C/C++
  • developing low-fidelity models
  • conducting emissions quantification
  • creating missionisation strategy, process, software tool
  • applying and validating models and tools

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Space Engineering, Physics, or related
  • MSCA Mobility Rule: not resided in Spain > 12 months in 36 months prior
