The Regulated Waste Specialist is responsible for the daily movement and proper disposal of the waste streams throughout the hospital.
Conducts inspections in area of responsibility daily ensuring assigned tasks are completed and quality/infection control measures are met consistently with appropriate documentation forwarded to department leadership.
Maintains a safe patient care environment by consistently complying with RHS, DNV, State and regulatory standards to ensure the safety of patients, visitors and staff.
