Assess the current HR and payroll systems and identify integration requirements, design data mapping, and develop and test integration workflows.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims
Enterprise HCM Payroll implementation
System Integrator or System Analyst experience
Integration tools and technologies (APIs, web services)
Database management systems (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle)
Nice-to-have
Tech enabled, human-centric approach
Process improvement initiatives
Basic technical debugging
PHP Laravel, Java and .NET knowledge
Intellectual Curiosity

Key Requirements
1 year of experience in an HCM implementation role
2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional consultant
2 years' experience working with Oracle HCM
Good knowledge of integration to other related modules
Good knowledge of HCM/Payroll Domain Expertise in local statutory requirements
