Must-have

  • Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims
  • Enterprise HCM Payroll implementation
  • System Integrator or System Analyst experience
  • Integration tools and technologies (APIs, web services)
  • Database management systems (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle)

Nice-to-have

  • Tech enabled, human-centric approach

  • PHP Laravel, Java and .NET knowledge

Key Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in an HCM implementation role
  • 2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional consultant
  • 2 years' experience working with Oracle HCM
  • Good knowledge of integration to other related modules
  • Good knowledge of HCM/Payroll Domain Expertise in local statutory requirements
