Provides direct counseling and support to patients and families as part of the bereavement program services.

Key Requirements
RN, LCSW or Chaplain licensure
Two years of experience in bereavement counseling
Current clinical licensure as an RN or Social Worker, or certification from a nationally recognized chaplaincy or grief counseling program
5 years previous bereavement counseling experience in a hospital, hospice, or palliative care environment (preferred)
