Job Summary
Lead and execute import and export activities for clinical trial shipments, ensuring full compliance with U.S. CBP requirements and other applicable global customs, regulatory, and controlled-substance rules.
Develop, document, and improve SOPs and work instructions, identifying and implementing efficiencies in processes, systems, and vendor performance.
Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and training to peers and junior staff to build consistent capability across the team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary
Base: $96,200.00 - $151,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years’ hands-on experience in clinical supply chain or pharmaceutical logistics
Knowledge of U.S. CBP and global trade/customs regulations
Experience with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder-management
