  • Mobilize and facilitate community groups to own the development process, educate them to address their needs, and build their capacity.
  • Monitor progress, development, and behavior change, analyze data, and report accordingly, while fostering team synergy and providing technical support.
  • Ensure effective operation of sponsorship projects, proper documentation of financial and non-financial aspects, and timely response to child-related emergencies.

Key Requirements
