Job Summary

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service and coordinate the operations of the Housekeeping and Colleague Uniform Departments.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of all work teams through staff planning, while adhering to budgeted productivity standards and conducting daily inspections of guestrooms and public areas.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to colleagues, drive efforts toward improved Colleague Engagement Index results, and communicate and co-operate with other departments to ensure the highest levels of guest service are maintained.
