This role supports the Portfolio Solutions division by leading the proposition for Structured Solutions and providing support across other lines of business.
The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate structured (re)insurance policy documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with commercial intent.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years wordings or technical underwriting experience
Deep knowledge of US surplus lines and non-admitted business
Experience with Lloyd's Market requirements and practices
Ability to draft and negotiate structured reinsurance documentation
Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory considerations
Nice-to-have
Law degree or legal experience in contract review
Admitted as Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales
Familiarity with New York law
Insurance qualifications
Experience working with external counsel
Key Requirements
Minimum five years of wordings or technical underwriting experience
Lloyd's Market experience in Reinsurance, ILS, or Structured Solutions
Legal admission as Solicitor or Barrister (Nice to have)
