Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-5 years as Estimator or Cost Manager
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings
Ability to prepare conceptual cost estimates
Experience with change order evaluations
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff software
Professional certification like AACE or RICS
Expert understanding of MEPFS building systems
Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes
Intermediate to expert Excel and Smartsheet skills
Key Requirements
2-5 years experience as Estimator or Cost Manager
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
