Job Summary

• In this exciting role, the Engineering Manager leads and manages the team in the Innovation Process in our Grand Rapids Manufacturing Site leading 6-8 direct reports.
• Implement key strategic initiatives for capacity expansion, technology innovations through new capital acquisition and implementation as well as supporting Maintenance of Business activities.
• Our Grand Rapids location is a state-of-the-art manufacturing and engineering hub specializing in the development and production of advanced medical devices.
