Job Summary

  • The goal of the position is to improve the supply chain service and performance for Industrial Accounts, Regional Accounts and/or Distributors & Artisans by being a key partner in the S&OP cross-functional process in Chocolate Benelux & Nordics.
  • The demand planner will manage, capture and translate the demand signal into desired supply and service requirements in close collaboration with local and regional commercial, R&D, Finance and OSCO stakeholders.
  • The role involves leading and managing the portfolio health assessment and optimization, contributing to value creation programs with key customers, and collaborating closely with global supply chain organizations to proactively manage supply risks.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or supply chain
  • 5+ years integrated supply chain experience
  • Experience managing complex product and channel portfolios
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, OMP, BW reporting, PowerBi
