Job Summary

  • This role supports the global Human Resources strategy for a diverse organization of over 100,000 full-time personnel located throughout the world.
  • The position offers a salary from £83,997 depending on experience, along with up to 20% bonus potential and a pension scheme where Caterpillar doubles the employee's contribution.
  • Candidates will be expected to travel internationally up to 15% and work on-site five days per week from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
