Base: $120,000-$185,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus plan available; Benefits: Health dental vision disability life insurance 401(k) flexible time off

Must-have
10+ years recent tax compliance experience
Experience with S-corporations C-corporations Partnerships
Demonstrated leadership skills within an organization
Nice-to-have
Experience with Fiduciary Estate and Gift tax returns
Experience with Not-For-Profit tax returns
Experience with routine accounting assistance
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA EA or Bar License required
Must reside in or near Denver area or be willing to relocate
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
