Job Summary

  • The primary objective of this role is to protect and enhance employee safety and site environmental sustainability through prevention and fostering a culture of caring.
  • This position serves as the key EHS&S expert on the Site Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, FM Global, and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement.
  • Candidates will manage facilities operations, vendors, and construction projects while integrating safety into daily operations and equipment installations.

Salary

Base: $150,000-$160,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: Comprehensive package including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k)

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma plus 8 years experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience
  • Master's degree plus 3 years experience in EHS and Facilities management
  • Previous leadership or management experience including project management
  • Experience leading data using Lean and Six Sigma tools
