Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-15 years wealth management experience
Solid network of Non-Resident Indian clients
Fluency in English and target market languages
Knowledge of RDR, MiFID II regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to acquire new clients and assets
Nice-to-have
CFA or MBA degree preferred
Experience mentoring analysts and junior staff
Strong collaboration with Investment Managers
Ability to lead by example in team rhythm
Excellent communication and detail orientation
Key Requirements
Minimum 7/10/15 years relevant experience based on VP/Director level
