Job Summary

  • The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for governing, strengthening, and monitoring the operating framework that powers Castrol’s commercial engine across all B2C regions.
  • This role supports the implementation of Sales Operations SOPs and compliance framework, ensuring that all customer operations, sales and distributor processes are followed by the sales team without any deviations.
  • The incumbent will work closely with regional sales teams to support and guide them for process implementation and continuously engage with Compliance, E&C, Digital, Finance & marketing teams.
