Job Summary
The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for governing, strengthening, and monitoring the operating framework that powers Castrol’s commercial engine across all B2C regions.
This role supports the implementation of Sales Operations SOPs and compliance framework, ensuring that all customer operations, sales and distributor processes are followed by the sales team without any deviations.
The incumbent will work closely with regional sales teams to support and guide them for process implementation and continuously engage with Compliance, E&C, Digital, Finance & marketing teams.
