Key Requirements
5-8 years IT vendor management experience
Proven experience managing multiple IT vendors
Experience with complex contracts and SLAs
Prior vendor-side Service Delivery Manager experience
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
