Safe Tsystem is seeking a Housing Operations Manager for its University Park, Pennsylvania location. The role involves overseeing daily operations of housing facilities, managing a team, and ensuring a high standard of living conditions for students

Job Summary

  • This position supports the vision and mission of the housing operations by overseeing the daily activities of an assigned set of buildings within a housing area including the direction of employees and initiation of all related actions to ensure effective operations, efficient use of appropriate resources, and a focus on excellence in Custodial, Maintenance, Service, Safety, and Teamwork.
  • Deliver a well-maintained, clean, safe, and secure living experience for students and guests; supporting at least 50 technical service employees in a variety of housing options for over 3,500 students with direction supervision of 8-15 employees in 3-4 buildings with 600-1,000 residents.
  • It is essential that the candidate have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to use good judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential information, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and demonstrate a genuine appreciation for working with diverse audiences in a team environment.
