Key Requirements
University degree in biotechnology, natural sciences, chemistry or equivalent
Documented leadership experience with operational personnel responsibility
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
Experience with work environment responsibility and HR matters
Good technical understanding, preferably with insight into process industry
Fluent communication in Swedish and good knowledge of English
