The Restorative Nursing Aide is responsible for providing residents with routine restorative nursing care to improve or maintain their mobility and independence.
Essential duties include assisting with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and preventing skin care issues through proper positioning and pressure relieving devices.
The role requires the ability to read technical procedures, apply mathematical concepts to practical situations, and effectively communicate with management and therapy departments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with exercise and mobility
Perform transfers and range of motion exercises
Maintain resident personal hygiene and skin care
Complete charting of care activities
Report changes in resident condition to nurses
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Serve in maintenance capacity for therapists
Experience with PCC software preferred
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
