Key Requirements

  • BS Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years operational support experience
  • Technical certification: A+, Security+, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA
  • Eligible for employment in the US with current work authorization
  • Experience with Service Now and Integrated Tools
