The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in defense, experience managing large teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety
Job Summary
The VP will lead a team of over 180 people responsible for more than $100M in direct revenue and critical manufacturing components.
This role requires extensive coordination with internal Finance, Sales, Operations, and large government customers worldwide to ensure product reliability.
The successful candidate must drive continuous improvement using Lean principles while managing complex ISO certifications and safety culture.
