You take full ownership of the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program, covering business process redesign, IT transformation, carve-out activities, and the establishment of dedicated legal entities.
Together with executive stakeholders, you establish and lead a robust governance framework, including steering committees, decision forums, as well as comprehensive risk and financial management structures.
You have strong communication and conflict management skills as well as a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style paired with resilience and leadership drive in an international transformation environment.
