Job Summary
The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist – Pediatric Acute Care is a newly created, decentralized clinical role located at Main Campus within the Pediatric Department and supports a highly specialized Pediatric Acute Care service.
As part of a close-knit team of approximately five pediatric pharmacists, this caregiver collaborates closely with physicians, pharmacists, leadership, patients and interdisciplinary care teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
This high-impact role is designed to ensure continuity of coverage, eliminate service gaps and allow the pharmacist to be fully embedded within care teams to make a meaningful difference for pediatric patients and their families.
