Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Extensive experience in the built environment
  • solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar coordination role would be advantageous
