Job Summary
This role leads the engineering design and scale‑out of AI‑enabled developer workflows with embedded safety, security, and quality controls.
It is accountable for end‑to‑end AI engineering safety outcomes, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) engagement, definition of bank‑wide safety and agentic coding standards, and the security analysis and mitigations that govern tool introduction at scale.
The role owns critical‑path security assessments and embeds governance and control requirements directly into delivery workflows and operating processes.
