Must-have

  • 5+ years MSP or service desk experience
  • Experience with Mac OS and Windows environments
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Intune
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki networking
  • Ability to work on-call and after-hours
  • Knowledge of EDR remediation and backup solutions

Nice-to-have

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn new platforms quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Experience with ConnectWise Automate RMM
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years project engineering experience
  • College degree from accredited four-year institution
  • Current MCSE/MCSA or CCNA certification preferred
  • Experience supporting small to mid-size clients
  • Proficiency with Apple hardware and Google G-Suite
