Job Summary

  • As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
  • You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
  • You will build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians, spending at least 50% of your time coaching them to operate and maintain equipment independently.

  • Capability to lead a Role for the Line
  • Qualify and coach next level SWP owners
  • Drive common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA
  • Work as Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan
  • Deploying and managing IDP for members
  • Coaching team members on performance management and career development
