  • Employee relations case management

  • Policy interpretation and compliance
  • Labor law knowledge in Central & Eastern Europe
  • Collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Fluency in English

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in Employee Relations
  • 8+ years ER Management experience in Poland
  • Strong understanding of labor laws in Poland and CEE
  • Fluency in English required
  • Experience coaching managers on employee matters
