The successful candidate will build and implement an EMEA Employee and Labour Relations strategy that aligns with company goals while managing complex multi-country matters.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations
Solid knowledge of European labour laws
Proven track record leading complex investigations
Experience with Works Council management
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with another European language
Experience with ER case management solutions
Deep cultural awareness of EMEA labour landscapes
Strong presentation and training skills for managers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
CIPD qualification preferred
Experience in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain
