As an Associate Out Of Town Broker, your objective is to handle Real Estate transactions from prospection to the closing of sales transactions in the out of town business segment.
You will proactively call and visit prospective clients, guide clients in their portfolio optimization and investment strategy, and execute and follow up on existing mandates.
