Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Perform patient assessments and documentation
  • Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs
  • Coordinate care with healthcare team members

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited Physical Therapy school
  • Master's or Clinical Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy preferred
  • 1-3 years healthcare experience preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support & First Aid certification required upon hire
  • Mandatory Reporter status for Dependent and Child Abuse within 90 days
